Poster Guidelines

Size of Poster

A1 size – 84.1 cm (width) x 59.4 cm (height), landscape in orientation (Kindly note that the size of poster has been changed from A2 size to A1 size)

Set Up and Removal of Poster

Each author will be provided one poster board which is located at the Run Run Shaw Podium.  Each board will be numbered.  Please make sure you place your presentation on the board number of your poster that appears in the programme book.

Please mount your poster during the period of registration (8:30 to 9:00 am) on 2 Dec 2010.  A conference assistant will be available to assist you with the process.  You are required to remove your poster after the conference on 3 Dec 2010.

Presentation of the Poster

You are encouraged to spend time at your poster during some break sessions in order to have some exchange with the participants
